Club Formats

Hi there!

We at Campus Faith Clubs want to make running a club as easy and adaptable as possible. We try not to put square plugs in round holes at CFC and realize that clubs and faith may not look the same everywhere we go. We have outline below a few options for how a faith club might look! Feel free to email us if you have questions on how to run a faith club that fits your clubs needs!

Here is an example of what a 40 minute club might look like:

A 40 minute gathering can include one of the following items:

Ice Breakers:  These are very important! If students have fun they will be back the  next week!

  1. Student Witness Statement: This can be a ten or twenty minutes student testimony or faith journey. See link here:
  2. Fruit of the Spirit message: These are the applications of the fruits of the Spirit found in Galatians 5:22-23.
  3. Guest Speaker: These are 15-20 messages given to the club by local pastors, teachers, youth leaders, or alumni.
  4. Topical Studies: Topics on things that are relevant to high school students (bullying, social media, identity, mental health, etc…).

Another option, instead of a 40 minute club, can be a PRAYER GATHERING. We’ve included a structure in the link but, here, students gather for 10-15 minutes for prayer to start the school day. Another thing you can do is to check out our prayer guide sheet. There are also plenty of devotionals that you can find at your local Christian book store. If you can’t find one, email us and we’ll be happy to send one to you. There are also apps for things like the book of common prayer, which has been used by the Church for a long time.

Lastly, we will be offering an assortment of extra, a la carte options which will include:

If you have gotten this far, just now how excited we are for you and the start of your club! We want to serve you and make your clubs journey as easy as possible. Contact us with your clubs needs!
