Tanya "Tanner" Pinkerman
Executive Director
After a 30-year career in local church ministry, Tanner is thrilled to be stepping into the role of Executive Director of Campus Faith Clubs.
Tanya “Tanner” Pinkerman (formerly Anderson), a northern MN native, served in the Worship and Production ministry for over 20 years. Her transition to Director of Kids’ Ministry saw the implementation of various programs and initiatives that influenced the spiritual growth of children, students, and families.

Tanner is a regular speaker at camps and retreats and is part of a 3-woman speaking group called Espresso Yourself. Using her theater and stand-up comedy background and her leadership experience, she loves to creatively engage people in topics of faith, spiritual growth, and identity in Christ.

Tanner and her husband, John, have two children, who are in elementary and middle school. Tanner is also a hockey mom and chaplain. In her free time, she golfs, walks with Bob the Schnauzer, and tragically yet relentlessly follows Minnesota sports teams.
Doug Swenson
Area Director
Doug has been on staff with CFC since January of 2023. Doug manages many of the day-to-day operations of CFC but especially loves pouring into others through discipleship. His primary roles with CFC involve leading the Daniel Cohort, Summer Faith Club, and working with our student interns. Doug loves Jesus, his wife, and playing with his dog Charlie. He looks forward to God's bright future in store for Campus Faith Clubs!
Lori Sander
Accountant
Lori and family have been friends with Mark (founder of CFC) and Linda Meier and family since the 90's starting with Messiah Lutheran Church. Lori likes to line dance, bike, golf and disc golf in her spare time. She is a proud Grammy and loves spending time with her grandkids.
Sebastian Marchese
HS Intern - Student Engagement
SeaBass has been a leader with CFC since the summer of 2023 who primarily focuses on all operations with Rosemount Faith Club, Summer Faith Club, and student/pastoral connections. Simply put, SeaBass is just a brother at home and to his bigger family in Christ that’s always chasing what God has next for himself and those around him. His personal passions are all things Jesus, hockey, golf, fishing, podcasts, and spending time with others.
Delaney Dahl
HS Intern - Social Media/Graphic Art
Delaney has been involved with CFC since September 2021 and has been an intern since March 2023 as a cohort member, Summer Faith Club leader and Social Media manager. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Henry. In her free time she loves to do Bible journaling, play tennis, go paddle boarding, play the cello and spend time in God’s creation!
